Welcome to the AEFIS 3.0 Partner Program Application Form.

To apply successfully, an authorized school or college administrator needs to take the following two steps. First, write a letter of support for your institution’s participation in the AEFIS 3.0 Partner Program. We have provided a Letter of Support Template for your convenience. Second, complete the short form below in detail and attach the letter of support.

The letter of support can be scanned and uploaded as part of this form or send using one of the following methods:

  • Email - You can send scanned support letter(s) to info@goaefis.com.
  • Fax - You can fax support letter(s) to +1-215-873-0801
  • Mail - You can mail the support letter(s) to:
