WACE welcomes its partners, supporting and affiliated institutions to use the Academic Evaluation, Feedback and Intervention System – AEFIS. The web-based software supports institutional assessment and accreditation efforts. WACE understands the challenges our institutions face with the management of learning outcomes-based assessment for their programs, particularly cooperative and work integrated (CWIE) programs. WACE strongly believes the AEFIS solution will allow institutions to capture and report data that more fully highlight the positive effects of cooperative and work-integrated experiences and utilize that data to benchmark the strengths of their CWIE programs.

Partner Program Goals

The Partner Program seeks to strengthen the perceptions of CWIE learning environments by:

• Reviewing current assessment processes in CWIE learning environments
• Discovering outlets for continuous program improvement
• Identifying strategies for the application of assessment data (i.e. student advising, student retention)
• Providing valuable performance feedback to students, parents, employers, and other stakeholders

Partner Program activities and procedures are carefully designed to ensure:

• Interest and support of the entire academic community
• Continuous evaluation and refinement of the AEFIS Solution

Partner Program Benefits

The WACE – AEFIS Partner Program offers participating institutions unique opportunities to engage in web-based assessment practices in partnership with other institutions. These collaborations will result in case studies to document institutional successes, strengths of CWIE, and the effectiveness of the AEFIS Solution Platform. In addition to these collaborative opportunities, partnering institutions will benefit from:

• Preferred pricing packages
• Research opportunities
• Jump start on accreditation processes

There is no charge to apply to our Partner Program. Program participation costs are based on size of the organization (number of participating Schools(s)/College(s) and number of Full-Time Students etc.) and may further depend on customization required which will be determined on a case by case basis.
