The AEFIS 3.0 Pilot Program offers participating institutions a unique opportunity to innovate the best aspects of online assessment that are available, to enable them to shape the program to more effectively serve their assessment needs, and to develop a scalable program that can be consistently improved and revised at their request. The result is a truly customized, jointly developed solution, ensuring maximum effectiveness in assessment and assists the participating institutions in consistently improving their academic curriculum.

The AEFIS 3.0 Pilot Program has been designed to facilitate a successful and professionally managed pilot of AEFIS, enabling participating institutions to ensure that the solution will meet their precise academic assessment objectives.

Pilot Program activities and procedures are carefully designed to:

  • Enable on-going improvement and customization through feedback
  • Provide multi-institution collaboration and SBIR funding opportunities with other participants
  • Allow students, faculty and staff to learn more about AEFIS and observe the benefits over a period of time
  • Garner the interest and support of the entire academic community
  • Promote continuous evaluation and refinement

There is no charge to apply to our Pilot Program. Program participation costs are based on size of the organization (number of participating Schools(s)/College(s) and number of Full-Time Students etc.) and may further depend on customization required which will be determined on a case by case basis. Please refer to the Pilot Program Guide document for detailed information.
